Jason focuses his practice on finance, real estate, general corporate, and commercial business law. He regularly advises privately held businesses on matters of commercial real estate and corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, financing, property acquisition, divestiture and development. He also works closely with both borrowers and lenders to facilitate business financings and capitalizations.

Overview
Jason serves as general counsel and advocates for his corporate and real estate clients. He has an extensive background in commercial and retail real estate matters; commercial transactions; private equity; joint ventures and public private partnerships; corporate structuring; and reorganizations. He facilitates capital raising efforts through private placements and oversees the necessary securities law compliance for clients ranging from start-up companies to larger, more mature businesses.
Jason also practices in community development efforts involving the use of historic tax credits, low income housing tax credits and new markets tax credits. He regularly represents clients serving these industries and regulated as community development entities and community development finance institutions (CDFIs).
