Scott has over 30 years of professional experience in business transactions and litigation, including health care issues, corporations, franchising, trade practice matters and shareholder disputes. Scott has worked with clients to form physician joint ventures and other collaborative projects. He has also represented professionals in licensing and credentialing matters. He works with family-owned businesses to facilitate succession planning in complex family dynamics. Scott is a frequent lecturer on health care and business topics and has numerous publications in the business and health care law areas. He is a contributing author to the books, The Biggest Legal Mistakes Physicians Make & How To Avoid Them, Ohio Taxation and The Impact of Health Care Reform on Employers.
