Practice Description and Experience
Mr. Alaburda provides counsel to clients and business owners on various business, commercial litigation, real estate and construction matters. Mr. Alaburda has experience representing developers, owners, contractors, subcontractors and design professionals in various construction law disputes, as well as experience representing clients in zoning matters, commercial lease enforcements, and mechanics’ lien disputes.
Mr. Alaburda also has experience defending and prosecuting various business and commercial litigation matters such as shareholder disputes, trade secrets and manufacturing matters.
In addition to assisting clients with claims and dispute resolution, Mr. Alaburda also represents clients in various transactional matters such as negotiating and drafting residential and commercial purchase agreements, oil and gas leases, and construction contracts.
Mr.
Alaburda is licensed to represent clients in state and federal courts,
and also represents clients in arbitration, mediation and
administrative proceedings.
