Richard joined the firm in March of 2006. Practicing in Southwest Florida since 1996, Richard concentrates his practice in the areas of civil and commercial litigation. Richard is experienced in litigation, arbitration, mediation, administrative and other forms of dispute resolution in a wide range of areas, including:
