Mark joined Brennan, Manna & Diamond in May 2005. Mark is an experienced litigator having prosecuted and defended many cases in state and federal court as well as in arbitration and administrative proceedings. He has experience in a wide range of areas, including:

Among other things, Mark has prosecuted a lawsuit on behalf of an insurance company against reinsurer for breach of oral contract, resulting in a multi-million dollar settlement, and has represented the Florida Department of Financial Services (formerly, Florida Department of Insurance) in its capacity as Receiver of insolvent insurers, in litigation against former officers, directors, and principals, and against outside professionals and reinsurers resulting in recoveries in excess of $10,000,000. Mark also represents the Florida Birth-Related Neurological Injury Compensation Association in administrative hearings involving claims for compensation for birth-related neurological injuries.
While in law school, Mark served as a director of the Trial Advocacy Board, as a member of the ABA National Trial Team and was selected as a member of Who's Who Among American Law Students.
