Practice Description and Experience

John N. Childs is a Partner and a principle member of Brennan, Manna & Diamond’s Healthcare, Labor and Employment, and Litigation departments.  John has served as General Counsel for a health system that operates hospitals, insurance companies and joint ventures including physician practices.  He is a litigation attorney who focuses his practice in both the Healthcare and Labor Law arenas.  His practice includes:

• John also assists clients with litigation matters. He has successfully argued cases in both state and federal courts for matters involving labor and employment disputes, healthcare matters, contract and other business disputes, and class actions.
