Jack T. Diamond is President of Brennan, Manna and Diamond, LLC and has a national reputation in the health care industry. He has worked with a number of hospitals, hospital companies and physician groups in developing and implementing strategies.

• Extensive national experience in assisting providers with defensive strategies in the health care industry.
• Practice involves a wide range of health related issues including:
  • Centers of Excellence development projects: cardiology, cancer, orthopedics, women centers, assisting living/long-term care and emergency medicine

• Extensive work in assisting providers and practitioners with UM/QA matters, including clinical practice guideline implementation and reimbursement appeals.
• Authored numerous publications and is a frequent speaker on health law issues throughout the United States.
• Representation of public and private entities including port authorities, governmental entities and for-profit or not-for-profit organizations.
• Leader in representing health care entities on a national basis on special projects.
• Owner, developer, and operator of health care companies that manage and build hospitals, diagnostic centers and surgery centers.
• Works on special projects with chains regarding health care reimbursement, business/physician strategy, physician networks, IPA and MSO.
• Specialization with physician hospital strategies including gainsharing, joint ventures, and centers of excellence.
