Practice Description and Experience

Priscilla's practice areas include Tax, Probate, Estate Planning and Asset Protection. She has experience with all types of tax returns and regulatory issues; assisting in investigating fraud and embezzlement, handling proceedings and negotiations before and with the IRS and the United States Department of Labor, qualified and non-qualified plans; and not-for-profit tax compliance and qualification.
