Mr. Heinle's practice focuses on corporate law, health law, and mergers and acquisitions. He regularly represents entrepreneurs, closely held businesses, and health care providers. More specific to his heath care representation, Mr. Heinle represents hospitals, health systems, physicians, and ancillary providers with regard to a wide range of corporate, regulatory, and healthcare-related issues, including:
- Mergers and acquisitions

- Regulatory compliance (federal, state and local)
- Managed care contracting and negotiating
- Fraud & Abuse matters

In addition, Mr. Heinle also regularly assists Firm clients in strategic planning, and frequently presents issues at client board and committee meetings. He has been involved in protective measures for providers in antitrust, billing, fraud and abuse, licensing and anti-dumping/EMTALA activities. Mr. Heinle lectures frequently on federal and state issues affecting health care providers including:
