Practice Description and Experience

Matt’s practice focuses on all aspects of corporate law, health law, and mergers and acquisitions.  His clients are primarily entrepreneurs, closely held businesses, healthcare providers, tax-exempt organizations, and companies focused on renewable energy.  In addition to serving as a lawyer for his clients, Matt particularly enjoys assisting his clients with strategic planning and business development, and his clients frequently ask him to present issues at Board of Director meetings. 

Matt focuses on understanding his clients’ business and strategic goals so he can aid in their success.

Matt helps his clients with a wide range of issues, including:

Matt has been involved in various protective measures for clients in antitrust, government/regulatory agancy audits, billing, fraud and abuse, licensing, and anti-dumping/EMTALA activities.
