Practice Description and Experience

Will is a valuable asset to our litigation department, particularly in the area of construction and development.

Will obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Virginia Tech in 1999. Virginia Tech's engineering program ranks in the top 15 among all accredited engineering schools that offer doctorates by U.S. News and World Reports.

While in law school, Will was a member of the Mock Trial team. He also was a member of Phi Delta Phi, for which he served as President during the 2004-2005 academic year.

Before his legal career, Will worked in the construction industry managing commercial construction projects. He worked as a Project Manager for Johnson Controls, Inc. (Ranked 75 on Fortune 500 in 2006) in Baltimore, MD for their State and Local Government Team. He worked as a Project Engineer for The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company (Ranked 10th in the nation, Engineering News-Record in 2006) in Baltimore, MD for their Health Care Team. He also worked as an Engineering Technician for Schnabel Engineering in Richmond, VA.
