Practice Description and Experience

Mr. Pangrace focuses on commercial litigation and construction law.  He represents clients including owners, developers, contractors, and subcontractors in state and federal court litigation and in arbitration, mediation and administrative proceedings involving business disputes and construction matters. 

• Mr. Pangrace represents owners, architects, engineers, attorneys, accountants, real estate agents and brokers, and other professionals with respect to liability claims and other business disputes.
• Mr. Pangrace assists clients with the negotiation and drafting of construction contracts and other project documents. 
• Mr. Pangrace is a LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited Green Associate.  His practice includes green building law, contract drafting, project consulting and claims analysis.
• Mr. Pangrace represents clients with respect to insurance coverage claims and disputes.
• Mr. Pangrace has been recognized as a Rising Star by Ohio Super Lawyers magazine (2010).
