Practice Description and Experience

Scott has over 30 years of professional experience in business transactions and litigation, including health care issues, professional corporations, franchising, trade practice matters and shareholder disputes. Scott has worked with clients to form physician joint ventures, imaging centers and other collaborative projects. He has also represented professionals in licensing and credentialing matters. Scott is a frequent lecturer on health care and business topics and has numerous publications in the business and health care law areas. Most recently he is a contributing author to the booklet, The Impact of Health Care Reform on Employers, Aspatore Publishers 2011. He was named an Ohio Super Lawyer and is a Fellow of the Ohio State Bar Foundation. His practice areas include:
