Ronald N. Towne's practice is concentrated in the following areas:
- Business Tort
- Commercial Litigation

- Creditors' Rights Law
- Bankruptcy Law.
Mr. Towne represents financial institutions in regards to all aspects of commercial loan transactions, including workout, composition, recapitalization restructuring, sensitive loan, and credit extension transactions. He has also lectured at continuing education seminars as well as commercial law, banking and professional conferences, and has authored several articles on bankruptcy and commercial law matters. Mr. Towne's community involvement includes participation in Citizens Advisory Council (Summit County Juvenile Court), Burned Churches Initiative (committeeman), and Pastoral Counseling Services (Board Member).
