Practice Description and Experience

Mr. Webb is of Counsel for the Firm, practicing primarily in the Litigation and Labor & Employment Law Departments.  He has fourteen (14) years of experience counseling and advising clients on a variety of labor and employment matters, including:

  • general commercial litigation
  • litigation of employment issues - non-compete / solicitation litigation
  • collective bargaining negotiations
  • domestic and international labor consulting
Jack has established himself as a rising political star having been elected to the Jacksonville City Council in 2007.  Jack currently serves on the finance committee, the land use and zoning committee and chairs the rules committee.  Jack has received the support of his Council colleagues to server as Vice President of the Council in 2009-2010.  

Jack is uniquely positioned through his wealth of experience as both an in-house and outside legal counsel to bring value to the firm's clients.
