Healthcare & Hospital Law

Brennan, Manna & Diamond is known nationally for its experience in healthcare and hospital law.  Our Health Law department was named in the “Top 10” by the American Bar Association Health Law Section and Becker’s Hospital Review for those firms recognized in the Midwest region.

We serve not only as legal counsel but also as business and strategic advisers to our healthcare clients. We regularly advise our clients’ boards of directors, management and physician leaders in developing and implementing strategic plans, including the development of new product lines and services as well as strategies to protect assets.

Recent projects include the development of disease-management carve-outs and physician-owned ambulatory surgery centers. We also are assisting our healthcare clients in evaluating and implementing a multitude of options to traditional medical-malpractice insurance, including innovative asset-protection planning.
