The 32,300-square-foot Elkins Constructors' building in downtown Jacksonville has been sold for $4.415 million, according to Colliers International.
The sale of the office property at 701 W. Adams St. was brokered by Colliers International's Robert W. Selton, Chuck Dieble, Preston Phillips and Lisa McLatchey.
Texas-based Southbelt Park LTD and Florida-based IGS Diamond S. Inc. purchased the property from ELI Partners LLC.
The building was built in 2000 and was nearly 50 percent leased at the time of the sale. The two tenants in the building are: Spohrer Dodd Law Firm and Orange Legal Litigation Support Services.
