Why you should attend...
As the name suggests, our focus is on innovative health care business, service delivery, practice, and reimbursement opportunities. We have tailored the agenda directly to entrepreneurs, leaders, and vendors/suppliers within the healthcare industry as well as healthcare providers and employers who are looking for innovative new ideas in healthcare and facility projects.
This year, we are holding a pre-conference workshop on Thursday, January 11 for 2 hours that will be geared specifically towards long term care providers. We will highlight memory care centers, interior design and well building standards are part of the therapy, risk management and emergency preparedness plans, and new approaches to quality standards, bundled contracts, and alignment strategies.

On Friday we will focus on innovation within the healthcare industry and new trends, such as micro-hospitals and service delivery changes. Our program will also focus on what employers are asking of the healthcare industry and what changes and trends employers should be aware of as it relates to healthcare and its impact on employers.
Additionally, on Saturday we are pleased to offer a suite of programming about how the space where we work, and where our patients are treated and recuperate, can affect outcomes. BMD has invited a group of construction industry thought leaders, including Delos, Shaw Floors and Perkins + Will, as well as industry leaders such as McKesson, to discuss innovations in the built environment that are particularly relevant to healthcare.
If you have a significant capital project on the horizon, or if you’re simply a proactive employer who is interested in learning what forward-thinking healthcare industry leaders are doing and why, the Summit is your opportunity to connect with the people and companies who are pushing the envelope.
