Aaron works with clients on many types of legal matter. He works with clients on breach of contract, arbitrations, non-compete and non-solicitation, intentional tort, premises liability, shareholder cases, insurance defense, criminal defense. He has also handled entity formation and drafted contracts for business clients. Among others, he has helped clients in the construction, healthcare and automotive industries. Because of his vast business law experience, Aaron is able to help guide clients' business decisions with best practices and strategies to mitigate risk.
