Amanda is an attorney in BMD's Akron office, working to develop her practice in the areas of corporate and business law, real estate law, and healthcare law. After 8 years of education and 3 degrees, Amanda has returned to Northeast Ohio near her hometown of Tallmadge to build her practice and assist others in their legal matters.

Overview
Prior to admission into the Ohio Bar, Amanda was a law clerk for BMD in the firm's Summer Associate Program in 2022.
Before joining BMD, Amanda worked at an estate planning firm in Hilliard, Ohio where she received the mentoring and hands on experience working with clients to be a successful attorney. She assisted clients in the drafting of estate planning documents and navigating the estate administration process in several counties throughout the state of Ohio.
During her academic career at Capital University Law School, Amanda developed and showcased her legal writing skills as Article Editor for the Capital University Law Review.
Amanda received two degrees from her alma mater, Heidelberg University. While obtaining her undergraduate degree, Amanda was a student athlete and 4-year starter for the Heidelberg University Women's Soccer Team. She developed crucial leadership and communication skills as captain of the team for two years. Amanda participated in Heidelberg University's PlusOneAdvantage Program and obtained her Masters of Business Administration while being an Assistant Coach for the women's soccer team.
In her spare time, Amanda enjoys staying active, going to the gym, and spoiling her dog, Lily.
