Jeana is a Partner at BMD.  Her practice is concentrated in healthcare to include systems and services, where she counsels providers and other healthcare organizations on legal issues that impact business performance.

Jeana's primary focus is in advising independently owned and community based hospitals and practices on corporate strategy, mergers and acquisitions, business alignment models, and heightened payor return.  Additionally, she assists healthcare providers in insurance market navigation and frequently advises on Medicaid and Medicare issues.
