Justin is a Partner at BMD and practices in the firm’s Litigation, Construction, Real Estate, Environmental and Business practice groups. With extensive experience litigating various construction and other commercial disputes, Justin leverages an aggressive approach to help clients reach efficient resolutions. Justin places a premium on quickly learning each client’s business culture in order to tailor an approach that fits that client’s specific objectives and needs.

Overview

In addition to assisting clients in litigation and other forms of dispute resolution, Justin also represents clients in various transactional and corporate matters such as negotiating and drafting lease agreements, purchase agreements, and construction contracts.

Justin has been recognized by Ohio Super Lawyers as a Rising Star for five consecutive years, 2012 - 2016. Rising Stars are selected by their peers as the top up-and-coming attorneys who are under 40 or who have been practicing for 10 years or less.
