As a construction lawyer, Justin represents business owners, developers, contractors, and design professionals in all facets of construction law, including construction contract negotiations, surety bond disputes, mechanics’ lien claims, construction claims and management issues, and arbitrations.
During law school, Justin served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Judge Christopher Boyko of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. Justin was also a Managing Editor for the Cleveland State Law Review and a member of Cleveland-Marshall’s Trial Advocacy team.
Justin was a member of the firm's Summer Associate Program.

- Handled more than a dozen residential forceable entry and detainer (eviction) cases in the past twelve months for a large scale residential landlord specializing in single occupancy residences around the state of Ohio including in Akron, Cleveland, Dayton, Lorain, Sandusky, and Toledo.
- Represented commercial landlords for forceable entry and detainer (eviction) cases in all commercial sectors including office space, warehouse, retail, restaurants, and industrial.
