Emma D. Pinder


Emma is an international business and transactional attorney. Her primary practice areas include business and corporate, financing and secured lending, real estate, international and immigration law.  She represents both domestic and international businesses of all sizes, institutional and private lenders, private equity and venture capitalists.  Her goal is to assist her clients to recognize opportunities, identify and resolve legal issues, and mitigate and allocate risks. Emma’s engineering degree and her multi-cultural background permits her to practice in the areas of emerging growth companies, mergers and acquisitions, loan transactions, financing and immigration law. Ms. Pinder is a native Mandarin Chinese speaker, and she is licensed to practice law in the states of Florida, Colorado, New York and Wyoming.

Ms. Pinder is an attorney at the firm's Orlando and Jacksonville offices. She focuses her practice on real estate, domestic and international business transactions, loan representation, and immigration law. Ms. Pinder began her legal career in a medium-sized law firm in Denver which handles matters related to real property, corporate, estate planning, taxation, civil litigation and family law. A few years later, Ms. Pinder started her own law firm where she took on a full spectrum of cases which gives her the unique ability to approach legal issues from different perspectives. Her law practice philosophy is molded by her personal value of justice, integrity, strength, and courage. Ms. Pinder personally gives each client her most zealous representation and formulates a results-driven plan because she understands each client has a unique case.
