Kevin has experience providing guidance on compliance issues in international trade, government contracts, and Federal regulatory concerns. His client representation includes relocating an Internet marketer from an Eastern European country to inside the EU, eliminating tariffs for a steel importer, and negotiating commercial leases. Kevin's experience includes working as part of the in-house legal team for a major steel manufacturer, operating an economic development team, and strategic development for a top US maritime port. He has advocated in Washington, DC for foreign-trade zones as an Executive Board member for the National Association of Foreign Trade Zones. He led a county through a redesign of its economic structure and has been a featured speaker at the World Free Zone Conference in Shanghai and a panelist alongside members of US Congress at the Panama Canal.
While in law school, Kevin contributed to the Small Entrepreneurship and Economic Development (SEED) Clinic, counseling small business clients on critical formation, employment, and investment issues.
