Kevin is an attorney in BMD's Columbus Office whose practice focus is healthcare transactional matters, general corporate business matters, and dispute resolution. As a healthcare and corporate attorney, Kevin has worked with numerous entities in acquisitions, contract drafting and negotiations, and ensuring compliance with federal regulations.

Kevin’s experience includes general corporate business matters, including establishing new start-up ventures and healthcare practices, contract review, negotiation, and drafting, creating comprehensive operating policies for health care facilities, and facilitating amicable resolutions to corporate and business disagreements. He has also been involved with both commercial insurance and federal programs regarding overpayment issues and billing practices, and leading arbitrations to resolve complex disputes.

His practice also involves intellectual property matters, drafting and filing corporate governance documents, and navigating mergers and acquisitions.

Kevin was a member of the firm's Summer Associate Program. While in law school, he was an Articles Editor for the Ohio State Business Law Journal. He interned at the Ohio State Technology Commercialization Office and in the Ohio State Athletic Compliance Office.
