Overview

During her time at West Virginia University, Morgan worked as a clerk in the collections department of a full service corporate law firm. There, she assisted attorneys in preparing various legal documents and helped facilitate positive outcomes for their clients.

Morgan developed a passion for legal writing during her time at Florida International University College of Law. There, she was named the Executive Comments Editor of FIU Law Review's Editorial Board in 2021. The same year, her legal comment advocating for firearm protections was selected for publication in the FIU Law Review Journal.

Prior to her admission into the Florida Bar, Morgan was a member of BMD's Summer Associate Program. She continued to work as a law clerk for the firm during her final year of law school and assisted BMD's litigation attorneys in a wide array of matters.

Today, Morgan's aptitude for legal writing allows her to skillfully draft pleadings, motions, and contracts for BMD's clients. The experience she has gained from working under skilled attorneys allows her to advocate for the best interests of her clients.
