Ms. Perez-Kelly also has vast experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex multi-million dollar contracts including master license, service agreements, confidentiality agreements, non-disclosure agreements, statements of work, subcontractor agreements, and Software as a Service (SaaS) agreements. Ms. Perez-Kelly also assists her clients in creating corporate policies and procedures designed to ensure compliance with privacy laws and other regulations. Ms. Perez-Kelly is fluent in Spanish.

She also represents clients in business tort litigation, breach of contract disputes, trademark infringement and other commercial disputes.

  • Assisted corporate clients in a variety of corporate formation, product branding, and corporate compliance to develop and improve processes to ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, FCPA and other regulatory requirements.
