Robert A. Hager

Managing Partner

Robert's practice focuses on commercial litigation and construction law.  As a commercial litigator, he has over twenty-nine years of trial practice in state and federal court civil cases, including contract and tort disputes, class actions, securities, trade secrets, employment and shareholder disputes.  Robert handles negotiations, mediations, arbitrations and administrative hearings.  As a construction lawyer, he has extensive experience representing business owners, developers, contractors and design professionals in all facets of construction law. Robert represents school systems and health care facilities on major construction projects and clients engaged in construction contract negotiations, surety bond disputes, mechanics’ lien claims and construction claims and management issues.
