Kathryn (Kate) Hickner has been named as BMD’s Cleveland Office Managing Partner. The following BMD attorneys were promoted to Member of the firm, effective December 1: Randal Fairbanks, Donna Flammang, Kyle Johnson, Christopher CJ Meager. Additionally, the following BMD attorneys were promoted to Partner, effective December 1: Elizabeth Shively Boatwright, Mathew Doney, Alicia Kupcinskas, Cassandra Manna, Ashley Watson.
