Brianna N. Lubor

Brianna is an attorney in BMD's Columbus office where she handles commercial, business, and litigation matters. She has first chair arbitration experience, appears for various hearings across the state courts in Ohio, and has extensive experience in drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs at the state and federal level. Brianna strives to develop effective solutions to achieve her clients' desired goals in an efficient manner.

Overview
Brianna has a passion for adding value and building meaningful relationships. She understands the importance of listening to clients to best serve their needs and working efficiently and effectively to achieve their desired goals.
She has served as both first and second chair in various arbitration proceedings and successfully led clients through mediation. Brianna is well versed in the dispute resolution processes inside and outside the courtroom. She also has a wealth of experience in drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs at all stages of litigation, including securing favorable decisions on Motions to Dismiss and Motions for Summary Judgment.
Before joining BMD, Brianna clerked for both a nationwide full-service law firm and a Columbus-based litigation firm. Brianna joined BMD as a law clerk during her third year of law school. She has also served as a judicial extern to Justice R. Patrick DeWine of the Supreme Court of Ohio.
In her free time, Brianna enjoys exploring the Columbus Metro Parks and spending time with her husband and their dog.

- Counsel for highly publicized case and assisted in securing favorable settlement on behalf of private university
- Successfully represented statewide program to assist in securing over $9 million dollars in funding to program participants
