Overview

Jennifer is a strategic-minded marketing executive with a deep knowledge of marketing communications, business development, public and media relations, as well as corporate and crisis communications, including extensive experience in the professional services sector. She has served in first-chair legal marketing roles in firms across Northeast Ohio and prior to legal marketing, Jennifer worked in financial services and business to consumer marketing and public relations. She has received a certification from Ackert Business Development Institute, developed BMD's first business development coaching program and helped to launch the firm's Associate Mentorship program. 

Jennifer is a member of Legal Sales and Service Organization (LSSO), currently serving on its Editorial Board and has been a member and volunteer leader in the Legal Marketing Association since 2010:
