Overview
- Assists with legal research and prepares pleadings, motions, and discovery for state, federal, and appellate litigation matters
- Assists with and coordinate e-discovery document review and production
- Assists clients with corporate governance, research, maintenance, and filings for all corporate structures, including corporate formations and dissolutions and other filings, preparation of corporate records, and maintenance of corporate record books
