Josh is dedicated to building strong, lasting relationships with his clients to consistently achieve favorable outcomes. He understands that each client faces unique challenges and strives to provide strategic, individualized solutions that align with a client’s broader business objectives. Whether navigating complex litigation or advising on day-to-day business matters, Josh utilizes a client-first approach to protect his clients’ interests and to help them achieve long-term success.

Prior to admission to the Ohio Bar, Josh worked as a legal extern for the Honorable Judge Ryan T. Holte at the United State Court of Federal Claims. Before joining BMD, Josh began his legal career as a commercial litigator at a regional full-service firm, where he gained valuable experience as an advocate for his clients.

While at Akron Law, Josh worked as a Production Editor for the Akron Law Review, served as the Faculty Liaison for the Business Law Society, and also served as a clinical student in Akron Law’s SEED Clinic, in which he provided small businesses assistance with operating agreements, transactional agreements, and general business assistance.
