Overview

Robyn takes a practical, strategic, and collaborative approach to her practice, serving as an extension of her clients' leadership teams. She focuses not only on resolving immediate legal issues but also on building legal infrastructure that supports long-term goals. Her work often involves guiding clients through complex transactions, governance decisions, and regulatory landscapes while addressing risk management, efficiency, and future flexibility. She advises businesses on formation, finance, compliance, and corporate governance matters and drafts and negotiates operating agreements, sales contracts, commercial leases, franchise agreements, lending transactions, and employment agreements. She is particularly engaged in matters where growth requires coordination among multiple stakeholders, lenders, regulators, or public entities, and where thoughtful planning can prevent costly disputes. Her experience also includes business, real property, and franchise litigation, as well as responding to regulatory and consumer complaints from state and federal agencies.

A former elected official on the Space Coast, Robyn brings a strong understanding of local government, land use, and public-sector decision-making. That experience informs her work with clients whose projects intersect with municipalities, special districts, or regulated environments. She has represented clients before municipal boards and advised on regulatory and policy matters involving local government entities. She is energized by community leadership, economic development, and mentoring entrepreneurs and professionals, helping clients build meaningful initiatives with confidence and foresight.
