Shelly provides legal counsel to corporate clients in various areas such as acquisitions, dispositions, capital raises, fund formation, commercial finance, private equity, joint ventures, succession planning, and bankruptcy and creditors' rights services. Recognized among the top five percent of bankruptcy and creditors' rights attorneys in Ohio, Shelly guides clients through sophisticated distressed investment transactions, serving as outside general counsel to diverse industries. She also represents publicly traded real estate investment companies, prominent real estate funds, and REITs in complex transactions involving commercial property purchase and sale, lease negotiations, and landlord-tenant disputes. Additionally, she represents tier one commercial, real estate, and floor plan lenders in various aspects, including loan origination, restructuring, workouts, asset seizures, foreclosures, and bankruptcy actions.
