Overview

With nearly three decades of litigation experience, Gene has represented business clients in a wide range of commercial litigation matters. His experience includes shareholder and business entity disputes, employment contract disputes involving non-compete agreements, trade secrets, and unpaid wage claims, as well as real property litigation, landlord-tenant litigation, construction lien and defect litigation, trust and probate litigation, and general contract negotiations and litigation.

In addition to his litigation practice, Gene serves as general corporate counsel to a number of local and national businesses. Drawing on the wide range of legal issues he has handled and the diverse businesses he serves, Gene is equipped to provide practical and legal counsel to his clients and negotiate all types of commercial transactions.

As a Florida native, Gene has lived, studied, and worked throughout the state and has spent his entire legal career practicing in Orlando. He is also committed to serving his community through pro bono work, including providing legal services for children removed from their parents due to no fault of their own through the Orange County Bar Association Legal Aid Society's Guardian Ad Litem program. Gene and his wife, Lori, have two children.
