Overview
Jazmine takes a strategic and results-oriented approach to litigation, working closely with clients and claims professionals to assess complex liability and damages and develop practical strategies tailored to each matter. Her experience includes handling high-exposure claims, evaluating settlement and litigation risks, managing complex discovery, taking and defending depositions, preparing dispositive motions, and advocating clients in negotiations and alternative dispute resolution.
Jazmine’s appellate background provides an additional perspective to her practice. She began her career as a judicial law clerk at Florida’s Third District Court of Appeal, where she gained valuable insight into judicial decision-making and developed a strong foundation in legal research and writing. Drawing on that experience, she provides counsel to fellow attorneys through trial support and guidance on pre-trial and post-trial motions.
Jazmine is licensed to practice in Florida and Michigan.
