Overview
Tiffany has built a career rooted in public service, community engagement, and expanding access to the legal system. Prior to serving in elected office, she worked as a housing attorney with Community Legal Services of Mid-Florida and later practiced community law, business law, and real estate law. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to helping individuals and families navigate legal challenges and access meaningful resources and support.
During her tenure as Orange County Clerk of Courts, Tiffany championed initiatives designed to improve access to justice and public access to court services. She established the Lydia Gardner Self Help Center, the first program of its kind in Orange County, providing low-cost legal assistance in family law, residential evictions, and small claims matters. She also led efforts to modernize court services and supported programs that helped residents navigate court-related obligations and access critical resources. Her career also includes service on the Orange County Commission and leadership roles with statewide organizations focused on Florida's court system and judicial administration.
