Paige is a Partner in BMD's Cleveland office and has served as counsel and consultant for clients in commercial business, real estate, athletics, and entertainment matters. Paige represents athletes, organizations, and developers in the fast-growing sports and entertainment industries and routinely negotiates favorable deals for her clients. Paige's knowledge and experience transcends athletics and entertainment and assists her in leading clients through traditional disputes, corporate transactions, and commercial property deals.

As a BMD Partner, Paige practices in the firm’s Corporate, Real Estate, and Media & Entertainment groups. Paige is experienced in business and real estate transactions as well as representing clients in the athletic and entertainment fields. She offers assistance beyond the traditional legal role and advises clients through their endeavors in sports, entertainment, and real estate. Paige provides insight regarding live events, organization rebrands, and business modeling to add value to each client’s projects. By utilizing those skills, and her specialized knowledge in the athletic, esports, and entertainment fields, she is able to represent professional athletes and owners of esports ventures within the fast-growing industry. Paige is an valuable asset for her clients with deep knowledge and experience within her areas of practice.

Prior to attending law school, Paige used her B.A. in Psychology from Marshall University while working as a Behavioral Interventionist for children on the autism spectrum.

She enjoys hiking with her two dogs and exploring new areas.

  • Drafted service contracts for professionals in the event and entertainment industries including content creators, makeup artists, and photographers.
  • Represented the Chapter 7 Trustee in the multi-million-dollar liquidation of a multi-state corporation, overseeing asset valuation, creditor negotiations, bankruptcy proceedings, and asset distribution, maximizing recovery for creditors and stakeholders in accordance with bankruptcy laws and regulations.
