Carlota’s practice is centered on corporate and business law. She is passionate about partnering with businesses to address legal issues, support growth opportunities, and advance their long-term goals. As she develops her practice in corporate and business law, Carlota is also gaining experience in real estate matters.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Carlota brings a valuable international perspective to her work. Having lived in both Venezuela and the United States, she is well-positioned to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients and foster meaningful professional relationships across cultures.
Outside of her practice, Carlota enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, and spending time with her family.
