Overview
Philip is passionate about helping clients navigate complex legal challenges and protect their business interests.
Prior to beginning his legal career, Philip lived and worked in Shanghai, China, for four and a half years, giving him a valuable international, cultural, and business perspective. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he distinguished himself academically and through co-curricular leadership roles.
During his time at the University of Florida, Philip also helped draft and edit the new American Bar Association and Association of Family and Conciliation Courts Mediation Model Standards for Family and Divorce mediation law, contributing to the development of national professional guidelines and to improvements in dispute-resolution practices.
