Alicia is a Member in our Jacksonville, Florida office. Her practice includes, but is not limited to, commercial litigation in the areas of real estate and real property including foreclosure, banking, business, construction, condominium and homeowner associations, and various contractual disputes. Alicia also has experience litigating probate and trust disputes, creditor’s rights, including Chapters 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcies, and appellate work. Alicia has been practicing since 2015 and is licensed to practice in both Federal and State courts. She is experienced with and takes pleasure in working with small and local businesses in the Jacksonville, Florida community.

Alicia continues to grow her passion for the law and focuses her practice on real property and real estate litigation as well as several other areas of law including, banking, business, construction, condominium and homeowner associations, and probate and trusts.

She advocates for her clients and has successfully won several cases at summary judgment and trial. Alicia prides herself on her ability to connect with her clients and provide counsel for their legal matters from basic contract disputes to muti-million-dollar complex commercial litigation.

Before attending law school, Alicia worked as a paralegal assisting with litigated real property and real estate disputes. Alicia’s passion to become an attorney was derived from her experience and knowledge gained as a litigation paralegal.
