Robert is a partner in the Jacksonville, Florida office of Brennan, Manna & Diamond, P.L. He is Chairman of its Bankruptcy and Reorganization Department. Robert primarily represents troubled borrowers in commercial workout situations and business debtors in Chapter 11 cases. He also represents secured and unsecured creditors in bankruptcy cases in Florida, Georgia and Delaware. He has also represented Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 trustees in complex litigation and international avoidance and recovery actions. He was educated at Cornell University, Duke University and the University of Chicago and is a frequent lecturer on bankruptcy and litigation topics. He is a long-time member of the Business Reorganization Committee of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the International Association of Restructuring, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Professionals (INSOL International), and the Turnaround Management Association.
